The Why
Founded in 2021, we are here to meet the needs of both parents and schools.
The What
We provide consultations to parents of students with individualized educational plans for the purposes of:
- Educating parents about the initial IEP meeting process ( for parents whose child has an initial meeting approaching)
- Teaching parents how to actually read the IEP in terms of what the sections actually mean
- Reviewing the modifications and accommodations that are being provided to the student, in order to ensure that services are appropriate and maximized, as needed.
- Educating parents on how to reconvene an IEP meeting when needed
- Reviewing the student's least restrictive environment, based on IEP findings that parents share
We provide professional development for school teams and staff:
- Restorative Practices Training
- Behavior supports training ( initial training, adding Tiers, & checking for fidelity)
- Organizational flowchart consultation
